Question: How to unprotect an EXCEL 2010 Workbook?

I protect a workbook in Excel 2010 with a password. I have the password, but now I forgot the Excel password and I can't figure out how to unprotect. The option is not there on the review toolbar. It's grayed out as protect. So where do I go to unprotect? I tried to go to File, that doesn't work. How to unlock password Microsoft Excel quickly? I've tried selecting all worksheets first and that doesn't help. I'm at a loss and need to edit this file asap! Thank you!
Answer 1:  Forgot xls password is not the end of the world. Not sure about 2010 but suspect it's the same/similar to 2007.
1. Open the Workbook with PW
2. Select <Save As> towards the bottom of the save as screen see <Tools> (to the left of Cancel Save buttons)
3. Use the drop down arrow of Tools <General Options>
4. You should now see 2 fields - Password to Open & Password to Modify (they will have a number of Bullets in one or both entries). 
5. Delete them and click OK then <Save> as same/diff name (up to you but I suggest diff name first time you try it to be safe) - You will now be able to Open the Unprotected file.
